The problem
Term begins with a list of provisions each pupil must bring. Families who cannot meet it keep children at home for the first weeks, and some do not return at all.
What we did
We collect and distribute provisions before term opens, working from lists supplied by the schools themselves rather than assumptions about what is needed.
